I am a Pianist, Composer, and Teacher of jazz/contemporary piano studies. I have been
performing as a jazz pianist in Toronto for many years, as well as abroad in London, West
Berlin, and Boston.
I am a graduate of Berklee College of Music, Boston, with a Bachelor of Music Degree Majoring in Jazz Composition & Arranging.
I have been teaching private students of jazz/improvisation piano studies for over 25 years.
I have released 4 CDs, the settings including solo piano, a piano/drums duo, and a piano/spoken word collaboration.
I have had extensive study over the years with, among others: Dr. Samuel Dolin of the Royal
Conservatory of Music; Ted Moses;
Paul Read; Michael Gibbs.
